Arbitrating relationship property disagreements is an effective and private means of resolving what can be sensitive and intractable disputes. Making the most of the flexibility offered by arbitration can make the difference between proportionate, prompt and effective resolution; and the alternative of potentially protracted and expensive court litigation.
