The 6th International Arbitration Day in Melbourne last Wednesday, 17 October 2018, was tremendously interesting, and the speakers were very good indeed. Stand out presentations were China's Belt and Road project, and its regional impact, jurisdictional challenges and increasing efficiency in arbitration.

Derek Firth has gone to print in the NZHerald on the current problems with the construction industry. It's a great article, which pulls no punches.
